Personal Information- At various locations on the Site including initial registration and classes, whether they are physical or virtual, you or your child may provide us personally identifiable information including but not limited to name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and personal opinions. If you choose to give us that personal information through the Site, we will collect, retain, and may distribute that personal information on a need-to-know basis only.

 

Cookies- We use cookies to store information and enhance your visits to the Site. Video or Audio Recording-As a result of joining a third-party software that provides a meeting space, you or anyone who attends may be recorded. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions to access these spaces, you agree that you give consent to being recorded. We will not use any public facing and non-password protected websites to host these recordings. We will keep these meetings secure so that only those with authorized access can attend these classes. We have an internal list of policies that will help keep your privacy secure.

We do not use your personal information or share it with others except as described in this Policy. We will provide specific notice at the time of collection if we are going to use personally identifiable information in ways not set forth in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to use, disclose, license, assign, or otherwise transfer non-personal information as we find appropriate to evaluate and decide how to customize the content you see on this Site, improve or target our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for analytical or statistical purposes.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any website or services linked to or from this Site, including the information or content contained within them. As a matter of policy, we do not solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from any child under the age of thirteen (13). We will not ask third-party services to solicit, collect, or maintain personal information on our behalf.

When a client registers for our services, we do not knowingly collect information from any child under the age of thirteen (13). We demand and make reasonable steps to ensure all registration be

done by a parent or legal guardian with the authority to register both personal and non-personal information with us.

We will always take steps to minimize the personal information collected from any persons or individuals associated with us.

You have the right to request and review the personal data that we collect online from children. However, we are required by law to only retain personal information collected online from a child as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information is collected. The information that we permanently discard or delete will not be available for review.

We do not share personal information with any company, organization, individual, or person outside of Y College Prep. Unless one of the following applies:

We may provide personal information to third-party service provides, (i.e. Zoom) to help us provide our intended services.

With other participants

We may provide personal information to other class participants or peers. For example, video and audio recordings, chat messages, and other content may contain personal information including name or grade. We limit what personal information other participants have access to, and limit what personal information a user may share.

 

We do not sell, rent, or least our customer lists or personal information to any third parties.
